Q1: What is the warranty?
A: All hardware pieces (Motherboard, Hard Drive, Memory, Processor and Power Supply) have a one year warranty against manufacturing defects and failure. If you have a warranty claim contact us at warranty@montoroso.com.
Q2: Where do I get some help?
A: Recompute has become a community developed project, the first place to check is the community support page (coming soon) and search for your issue. If you are having issues that are not answered by the support page please post a new issue and we will answer ASAP. There is also a Recompute Wiki that is constantly being updated. As much as we would like to talk to you, at this time we do not have the infrastructure for phone support.
