Q1: How much does it cost?

Q2: When can I order one?

A: As of the beginning of January this year Recompute has gone into Pre- production.  That means we are making the tools, sourcing parts and beginning to assemble machines.  We hope to see the first production units by mid summer.  We currently have a waiting list for anybody who wants to be first to own a Recompute.  Please use this link to get on the list. Keep posted to the site, Facebook or Twitter for the official announcement of when you can purchase from our web store.

Q3: How long will it take to get my Recompute?

A: Each Recompute is built to order.  That means once you place your order we start building it.  Typically expect a week and a half to two weeks to build depending on hardware inventories.  You will be kept up to speed with the build process and be notified once it ships out.

Q4: I live in (your country here) how can I get one?

A: You can order directly from our web store!  A note for international customers, at this time we can only sell Recompute to final end users.  We cannot sell in bulk for distribution internationally, however we are working on it, we ask for your patience.

Q5: I am an international  buyer (outside the United States) how do you handle shipping?

A: Your purchase will be handled in two stages.  First you will be billed for the items you want to purchase.   Once they are ready we will contact you and calculate the shipping cost to your region in the world and you will receive a second billing for the shipping.

Q6: I am a High School / College educator where do I inquire about H.S. student builder kits.
